He realized that “leadership is the foundation of every personal brand.” No one is going to follow someone who cannot clearly state: who they are, where they’re from, why they’re here, what they’re capable of doing, and where they’re going. Leadership branding is the process of building influential personal brands founded on servant leadership principles.
