What You Should Know About Me

In just 4 years as a public speaker, I have presented to audiences of 5 to 500 on the topics of leadership, personal branding, career development, content marketing and faith. I have keynoted 2 events and provided half-day and full day workshops. I also appeared as a subject matter expert for Full Sail University’s Content Strategy & Development course and produced 25 interviews with New York Times Bestselling Authors and industry leaders as the Executive Producer of the Reach Personal Branding Interview Series. Our subscriber list numbered over 50,000 professionals globally and audio replay downloads averaged in the thousands.

As a Millennial, my career has been shaped by unprecedented technological advancements and fundamental societal and political shifts. Having made 3 career changes in less than 10 years, holding management positions in hospitality, digital marketing, and career development, I understand and have fully embraced the new world of work. I’ve been an entrepreneur, a solopreneur, and an intrapreneur.

I now devote my time to facilitating workshops, career advising and speaking. My Rebranding You podcast typically highlights guests that provide guidance and insights relevant to young professionals.

I credit God for all of my credentials and I thank my wife, Allison, for supporting my purpose-driven life. We live in Orlando, Florida but our hearts will always be in Gainesville where we met and where our Florida Gators play. Go Gators!

rebranding leadership keynote by ryan mickley logoRebranding Leadership: The Greatest Leaders Are Servants

Rebranding Leadership: Leadership is not a position, nor a right, nor a destination. It is a journey we accept and a privilege granted by our followers. In this presentation, I discuss the concept of servant leadership and provide timeless principles that will help you become the leader you were born to be.

What Others Are Saying

Ryan spoke for more than an hour, and he managed to keep the entire group engaged. He invited participation throughout, and encouraged the students to make contributions. These are students who tend to lack focus and goals, so to have their interest for the entire period of time is a major accomplishment. Moreover, the majority of the students made real contributions to the discussion, which is a testimony to the effectiveness of the presentation.
